type='html'>早前跟一班澳洲大學團契的團友發出邀請，請他們參加渣打馬拉松的10公里賽，雖然當中沒有多少位有興趣參加，但是甚搞笑的是大家在回覆的內容將焦點全放於何時到我家探訪我的孩子，特別是很多露面的小女兒。兄姊到我家探訪當然是十分開心的事情，自女兒出生的「探訪潮」過後，也久久未有朋友探望，所以是開心的。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br type='text'>Standard Chartered Marathon 2010</title><content type='html'>明年的渣打馬拉松現已開始接受報名。我本想參加半馬，但年初承諾了孩子要帶他跑東區走廊，所以仍是參加10公里。今早我已迅速報名了。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br type='text'>維園3公里加草地享天倫</title><content type='html'>患病多時，這陣子也十分忙碌，但總不能所有時間都拿來工作或獃在家中，所以傍晚兩個兒子及傭人一起到維園草地玩耍，我就在圍繞草地的緩跑徑跑步。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;起跑時間六時零八分，不緩不迫一口氣跑了五個圈共三公里，用了約十五分鐘，然後緩步走了約五分鐘休息，之後就到草地和兩個兒子玩了一會。這種日子真的不常有，因為我總被更多生活中我以為更逼切、更重要的事佔據了，鍛煉身體及與孩子一起玩耍永遠也不是First Priority。今天雖然還未完成改功課，但感覺卻很完滿，因為今天不只有「捱世界」，而是真的「過生活」，享受生活的精彩。&lt;br /&gt;其實本週二早上已練習過一次，也是在維園緩跑徑，跑了5圈。可能早上身體尚未「醒來」，加上熱身不太足夠，這兩次都跑得有點吃力。今天定下的目標本來是10個圈，但跑至第3圈已發覺左腳很僵硬，到第5圈已感到很口乾，應該是離家前飲不夠水所致，所以堅持至8圈便停下。這時太太及孩子都來到維園，於是跟他們嬉戲玩樂一會，聚聚天倫。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;順帶一題，今天跑的時候有位跑者與他的同伴說，太年輕不適合跑馬拉松，因為年青人衝動，常常在前段跑得很快，不懂留力在後，30歲以後跑會好一點。我不以為然，未受過訓練的年輕人或許如此，但只要經過適當的訓練，年輕人也可以有策略，按適合自己身體的節奏跑馬拉松。其實我也不應說太多，待我真真正正嘗過馬拉松的滋味，再做評價吧！&lt;div /&gt;今年已是我第二年跑渣打10公里賽。其實除了毅行者外，我之前從來未參加任何有關運動的公開賽。運動本來就不是我生活的一部份，它只是小學中學時，每星期一次有兩堂連堂的課節，上大學的時候沒有運動課，便再沒有了定期地「有自唔在，攞苦嚟辛」了。那個時候，運動除了聯誼這個目的外，在我生活中根本沒有其位置。但從澳洲大學畢業回港後，不知甚麼時候開始，我竟定下兩個很奇怪的目標，它們分別是毅行者和馬拉松。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;為了達成這兩個奇怪的目標，我竟又再與運動牽上關係。為參與毅行者我主動報名、約朋友有計劃地練習，而且是不分日夜，有時候通宵練習，動輒要7-8小時，有時要10-12小時，真不知道是哪裡來的動力。終於非常艱苦地完成過一次，是十分難忘珍貴的經驗，我至今仍十分回味。每每有人問我要不要再參加，我確實是十分想再參與，不過還是待孩子大一點，照顧的責任少一點會好些，畢竟練習毅行者需要付出很多時間。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;往年開始我向跑馬拉松邁出第一步了，參加10公里賽為了試試自己的能力。我心一直想著要練習，要踏踏實實地跑，思想的準備十分充足，可是直至跑前的一剎，我最充足的準備還只有思想準備，因為我一次也沒有練習過。跑前一晚我還吃了火窩，像告訴自己要吃飽一點好明天上路似的。也許身體傾向長程要耐力的運動，我且跑且走竟可以1小時10分左右的時間完成。今年則很不同，多得CCF一班姊妹的安排，我真的能踏踏實實地跑了數次作為練習。今年的時間雖然跟往年差不多，但叫我感到欣喜的是我能全程跑步而非步行，而且未有感到很辛苦，那表示我尚有能耐跑遠一點。這叫我有更大動力為了可「跑遠一點」作準備，做練習。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;所以我要恆常地跑，為了記錄自己的跑步的歷史，我開了這個網誌。&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;&lt;img width='1' height='1' type='html'>思前想後，本來不想另立網誌寫作或記錄有關跑步的事宜，一怕自己三分鐘熱度，沒有恆心，熱情冷卻後便會煙消魂散，忘記或逃避跑步；二怕自己毅力不足，懶於操練，不能達到所訂定的目標，或成績太丟架，給人取笑。須知道人生3/8這一段，我已走了一半，多多少少希望得到別人些許尊重及給予幾分薄面，主動寫一些自己不擅長的東西來，給人有機會取笑，總覺得笨笨的！&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;可是成功與失敗也好，記在裡面的也是我人生的一部份吧！面對自己總不可輸打贏要，是不是？常常只顧要包裝自己來得人尊重、叫人給面子，也許令我更快弄出個精神病來也說不定。誠實地面對自己而不是為討好別人、對這個那個交待，我行我素一點，似乎更合我的脾胃。所以還是厚著面皮開了這個有關我的跑步網誌。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;正所謂「得之欣然、失亦可喜」，若我能成功堅持達到一些預期目標，歡迎你分享我的快樂與我一同歡呼；若我失敗跌倒，恆心不知走到哪裡去，我也渴望你會來鼓勵一下，給我加加油；倘若你來真的是為了取笑一下，挖苦一下，也歡迎你在這裡駐足，就算只是那麼一會。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;好了！是時候起步......跑......&lt;div
